Creation Story of the Stars and Light: Setting

The setting of this story was atop a tall, grassy hill in a house built by the abundant wealth of a man who held the stars, moon, and sun in bags atop a high wooden shelf. After being born as a raven child (I will get into details later) I saw the dark purple bags containing the stars, moon, and sun from my low eye level sitting upon the cold wooden floor, dusty from the constant traffic of the man and his daughter. The house had a large smoke hole, dark and chalky from the familiar column of black air escaping out of the house. This house was very well built, with an earthy smell that emanated from the natural substances used to create the shelter. The bags containing the precious stars, moon, and sun were supple and soft, feeling of leather treated with care to possess the powerful gifts. The world was dark, and the night sky was empty of the twinkling lights it craved, the day sky empty of the warm glow of the sun. This would not be for long, as I will tell you, Pantheon, at a later time.
